摘要
介绍了淮北矿业集团首次引入弛张筛用于降低各厂煤泥产率的情况,陈述了弛张筛的工作原理及使用效果,并进行了效益分析;弛张筛实现了对原煤在4.5 mm级别的深度筛分,对原煤水分适应性强,筛分效率高,减少了进入洗选系统中的粉煤量,在淮北矿业煤泥减量化生产中作用明显。
This paper introduces the first application of flip-flow screens in Huaibei Mining Group to reduce the yield of slime in each coal preparation plant,and states the working principle and effect of flip-flow screen,and carries out the benefit analysis. The flip-flow screen realizes the raw coal dry screening at 4. 5 mm, has strong adaptability to raw coal moisture and high screening efficiency. It reduces the amount of fine coal in the washing system and plays an important role in the slime reduction production in Huaibei Mining Gruop.
