摘要
在理论分析的基础上,推导出计算洗水中煤泥循环系数K值的数学模型,并以此对我国近年投产的动力煤选煤厂典型的煤泥水原则流程进行了学术性探讨和分析,着重指出了强化澄清浓缩工序的效果是减小K值的关键措施,并找出了采用二段浓缩、二段回收煤泥水原则流程的选煤厂洗水浓度居高不下的原因。本文的分析结论在A选煤厂得到论证,短时间内实现了低浓度洗水乃至清水跳汰选煤,达到了选煤厂洗水闭路循环一级标准。
A mathematic model for calculation of factor of slime circulation,K, was established on the basis of the theoretical analysis. The typical slime water flowsheet of steam coal preparation plant built in the recent years was studied by using the model equation.It was pointed out that efficient thickening and clarification are the key for reducing the value K and the reason was found why the washing water in the two-stage thickening and two-stage slime recovering was high. The conclusion of this investigation was applied. As a result, the jig washing water became less dense and even clean and the first class standard for close circulation was met in a short period.
