摘要 为了从整体上掌握物流园区发展动态,从物流园区的基础设施、服务能力、运营效率、社会贡献和低碳环保5个方面建立物流园区发展指数指标体系,运用层次分析与主成分分析相结合的方法,即将层次分析法的权重纳入到主成分分析中,计算主成分的综合得分,从而得到各物流园区的综合得分与发展指数,客观量化评价物流园区的发展状况。以随机选取的山东地区的5个物流园区为例,采用2016年该物流园区各指标数据计算得到每个园区的发展指数及各园区综合发展指数,以此对某地区物流园区进行群体及个体评价。研究结果对于评价监测物流园区发展状况具有借鉴意义。 In order to master the logistics park development, the index system of the logistics park development is established from 5 aspects of infrastructure, service capability, operation efficiency, social contribution and low-carbon environmental protection in the logistics park. By using the method of the analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis-the weight of the analytic hierarchy process is included in the principal component analysis, the comprehensive score of the main component is calculated to obtain the comprehensive score and development index of the logistics park and the objectively-evaluated development status of the logistics park. Taking the 5 logistics parks in Shandong Province as a random example, all the index data of the logistics park in 2016 are used to calculate the development indexes and the comprehensive development index of each park in order to evaluate the groups and individuals of the logistics park in a certain area. The research results are of great significance for evaluating the development status of monitoring logistics parks.
