摘要
目的观察叶酸联合中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年1月于我院门诊治疗的70例中医辨证为肝气郁结型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,对照组采取中药辨证治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服叶酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%,优于对照组77.14%,治疗组治疗后症状积分为(1.64±0.24)分,低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者以叶酸联合中药治疗效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical efects of folic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 70 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation were liver-qi-stagnation-type patients with chronic atrophic gastritis ,who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with chinese medicine. The treatment group wasgiven folic acid on the basis of control group. Results The efective rate of 94.29% in the treatment group was signifcantly better than that in the control group of 77.14%. The symptom scores （1.64±0.24） scores in the treatment group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with folic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine has obvious efect.
