摘要
LJ连续挤压机在挤压过程中 ,主轴受热伸长 ,造成主轴向一端移动 ,产生很大的轴向力 ,对主轴产生有害影响 ,严重磨损堵头和挤压轮 ,影响产品的成材率和产品质量 .为了有效地减少挤压过程中有害的主轴位移和改善主轴受力状态 ,设计了一种联轴器在主轴受较小载荷时允许主轴作轴向游动 .实践表明 :改进后的挤压机主轴系统受力得到很大改善 ,堵头和挤压轮使用寿命有很大提高 ,设备性能有明显改善 ,生产的产品成材率和合格率都有显著提高 .
The LJ300 operating experience and analysis results show that the axial displacement and force come from the axial expansion of the main axis with heat in the extrusion process, which is harmful to the wheel groove, abutment and the quality and the producing percentage of the product. In order to maximally decrease harmful axial displacement and improve the condition of axial force, a new union was designed for the main axis so that the main axis can float axially. The results show that it can improve extrusion operating condition and increase the service time of the wheel grove and abutment. The quality and the producing percentage of the product have been increased greatly.[
