摘要
定西市作为国家级贫困地区,在习近平总书记"精准扶贫"理念的指导下,通过不懈努力,取得了脱贫攻坚的阶段性胜利。但是,受到地理环境的不利影响,产业发展规模不够,贫困户在稳定增收方面还存在着诸多困境,本文结合定西在精准扶贫过程中遇到的实际问题,对贫困户稳定增收提出一些创新性建议。
Under the guidance of the concept of ＂taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation＂ proposed by General Secre- tary Xi Jinping, Dingxi city, one of the national-level povertystricken areas, has achieved the phased victory of poverty al- leviation through unremitting efforts. However, the scale of industrial development is not enough under the influenee of unfavorable geographical conditions. There are still many diffieuhies in more stable incomes for poor households. Based on the actual problems during the process of poverty alleviation in Dingxi city, some innovative suggestions have been proposed in this paper in hope of increasing incomes for poor households.
