摘要
目的研究与分析红蓝光治疗仪治疗痤疮疗效。方法本院采取随机的原则选取在皮肤科门诊确诊的痤疮患者102例,在运用随机法分组处理方式基础上,将上述入选患者以均等数量划分为常规药物治疗组(A组)和红蓝光治疗组(B组),每组各51例。A组使用常规外用药物治疗,B组在运用常规药物治疗基础上联合使用红蓝光治疗仪的照射治疗,观察并测算比较两组的疗效指标以及不良反应发生指标。结果红蓝光治疗组的治疗效果指标优于常规药物治疗组(P <0.05),但是两组患者的不良反应发生情况指标无差异,(P> 0.05)。结论红蓝光治疗仪治疗痤疮疗效良好,不良反应小,得临床推广及运用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of therapeutic apparatus on acne. Methods We take the principle of random selection to the hospital for treatment of 102 patients with acne in May, then take random number method divided the patients into two groups, namely the routine drug treatment group with red and blue light treatment group, 51 cases in each group. With conventional drug treatment group patients adopt conventional drug treatment, while the red and blue light treatment group patients in drug treatment, on the basis of a combination of red and blue light therapy apparatus of radiation therapy, then to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and adverse reactions occur. Results The therapeutic effect of red and blue light treatment group patients was superior to that of conventional drug treatment group, with statistical signifcance （P 〈 0.05）, but the two groups of patients with adverse reactions to what is happening, there were no signifcant differences have no statistical signifcance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acne with red and blue ray therapeutic apparatus is effective and worthy of further promotion and application.
