摘要
桑树伐条是桑园田间管理的重要劳作。为提高桑树伐条效率和降低伐条劳动强度,以微耕机为主动力,通过改进行走装置,增加割伐机构和拨枝导向装置,设计出一种适用于桑树伐条的手扶式单锯盘燃油伐条机。该机以主动力轴上的小轮带大轮,以及通过蜗杆带蜗轮使整机行走缓慢;通过主动力轴上大轮带小轮使割伐盘高速旋转;割伐盘轴上端的蜗杆带动与之啮合的蜗轮减速,再经一级蜗杆蜗轮减速驱动拨枝叉低速旋转拨枝;通过拉杆变换顺、反蜗杆与蜗轮的啮合实现拨叉顺转或反转拨枝。该机结构简单,割伐功能齐备,操作简便,适合桑园内中低干养成桑树的枝条割伐,割伐速度为手工伐条的9倍,可解决丘陵山区小块坡地桑园机械割伐桑树枝条的难题。
Mulberry branch cutting is an important work in mulberry field management. In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of cutting operation,we have studied and designed a fuel-driven walking cutting machine with single saw disc for mulberry branch cutting. This machine uses a micro tiller as main driving force with improved walking device and increased branch cutting and guiding devices. On the active axis,large wheel driven by small wheel allows slow walking of the whole machine by a worm with a turbine,and small wheel driven by large wheel enables high speed rotation of the cutting disk. The worm on the upper part of the cutting disk drives the turbine that is engaged with it to slow down. The second worm reducer is driven by the turbine,and the fork is rotated at low speed by changing the engagement between the counter rotating worm and the turbine,thus the shifting fork is turned or reversed. The machine is characterized with simple structure,complete cutting functions and easy operation. Its efficiency is 9 times to that of manual cutting,being suitable for branch cutting of mulberry trees with middle and low trunks. It sovles the problem of mechanic branch cutting in small mulberry plantation established on slopes of hilly area.
