摘要
文中研究了不同湿度、不同温度条件下PMI泡沫夹层结构复合材料在吸湿过程中弯曲性能、平压性能以及透波性能的变化规律。结果表明:在湿度分别为85%RH、95%RH、浸水,温度分别为50℃、60℃、70℃的环境中,在吸湿初期,随着环境湿度增大和温度升高,试样的吸湿率增大,力学性能下降;环境湿度越大,温度越低,试样的饱和吸湿率越大,PMI泡沫夹层结构复合材料的弯曲性能、平压性能就越低,透波性能也越差。
The bending property, flat compression property and wave-transmitting performance of PMI foam core sandwich composites under different temperature and humidity conditions are studied in this paper. The results show that in different humidity conditions (85 % RH, 95 % RH and submergence) and various tempera- tures (50℃ , 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ ) , the moisture absorptivity of test samples increases while the mechanical per- formances degrade with increase of humidity and temperature at the initial stage of moisture absorption. With increase of humidity and decrease of temperature, the saturated moisture absorptivity of test samples increases, while the bending property, fiat compression property and wave-transmitting performance of PMI foam core sandwich composites degrade.
