摘要
近年来,机载雷达技术迅速发展,工作体制不断改进,使得雷达工作电磁波具有高频率、宽波段的特点。为适应这些变化,必须设计和制备出高性能天线罩,使其力学性能和透波性满足新型雷达工作要求。因为机载雷达天线罩的性能主要是通过制备天线罩的复合材料来实现,所以从复合材料设计和制备的角度,详细介绍了机载雷达天线罩常用增强纤维、树脂基体和夹芯材料的优、缺点,以及针对缺点进行的改性研究的现状,为机载雷达天线罩研究工作的继续深入提供了比较全面的信息。
In recent years, airborne radar technology has been developing rapidly, and its working system has been improving continuously, which make the working electromagnetic wave has the characteristic of high frequency and wide waveband. In order to adapt to these changes, high-performance radome must be designed and preparation to make its mechanics performance and electromagnetic wave penetrating performance satisfy new radar working require ments. Because the performance of airborne radar radome mainly reflected by composite materials of radome, this pa per introduces in detail the advantages and disadvantages of reinforced fiber, resin matrix and sandwich materials, and also intoduces the present situation of the modification research that contrapose these disadvantages, which provide a large number of comprehensive information for further research of airborne radar radome.
