摘要
文章通过对某CNCAP 5星车型前舱区域进行分析和研究,得出基于目前结构的优化方案。采用在前围区域增加热成形前围下横梁内外板的方案,全新设计前围下横梁内外板结构,对其进行整车碰撞性CAE分析,分析结果表明增加热成形前围下横梁内外板的方案可有效解决前围板侵入量大的问题。结果表明,采用热成型钢板设计的前围板下横梁内外板,不仅可以解决车身的碰撞侵入量大的问题,并提供了一种新的车身传力路径方式,对于提高车身的碰撞安全性能具有重要的现实应用意义。
This paper analyzes and studies front fire wall areas in a vehicle of CNCAP 5 to obtain an optimization scheme based on the current structure. The scheme of adding the inner and outer plates of the lower beam in the front wall is adopted, and the inner and outer plates of the front and lower beams are newly designed, and the collision CAE analysis is carried out. The analysis results show that the scheme can effectively solve the problem of the intrusion of the dash pane. Adding the inner and outer plates of the lower beam in the front wall not only solve the problem of large intrusion of body collision, but also provide a new body force path, this scheme has practical application significance for improving the safety performance of body collision.
