摘要
采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察和力学性能试验研究了热成形22Mn B5钢板不同温度淬火后的组织形貌和力学性能。结果表明:热冲压成形的22Mn B5马氏体钢经过淬火后,力学性能得到提升。随着加热温度的升高,马氏体转变量和板条束宽度随着增大;加热温度为920℃,保温时间为2 min时,热成型22Mn B5钢板得到均匀板条马氏体组织,抗拉强度达到最大为1540 MPa,同时伸长率达到8.96%,强塑积较淬火前提高了8.75%,综合力学性能优良。
After quenching at different temperature,microstructure and properties of hot-stamped 22 Mn B5 martensitic steel were studied by means of mechanical property test and microstructure analysis through OM and SEM. The results show that the mechanical properties of hotstamped 22 Mn B5 steel can be improved by quenching. The percentage of martensitic transformation and width of lath bundle increased with temperature increasing. Homogeneous lath martensite is produced by quenching at 920 ℃ for 2 min,and the tensile strength and the elongation of the steel are significantly increased to 1540 MPa and 8. 96%,respectively. Especially,the product of the strength and the elongation is increased by 8. 75%.
