摘要
骨不连是骨科临床中常见的难题,通过手术植骨及局部内固定为最常用的治疗方法,但仍有部分患者术后出现不愈合,且存在严重并发症可能。近年来,体外冲击波广泛地应用于运动损伤、骨骼和软组织等疾病,发现具有促进骨折愈合等作用,患者无需再次手术,可达到愈合效果,为患者减轻了手术治疗的痛苦和经济负担。但是针对不同部位骨不连体外冲击波治疗仍有问题未达成共识,针对骨不连的治疗,笔者对文献进行综述,同时结合体外冲击波治疗骨不连的经验,对相关的问题进行讨论,期待能为其他同仁进行体外冲击波治疗带来启发和思考,体外冲击波治疗骨不连具有高效、无创、几乎无并发症等优势,是临床治疗骨不连的有效方法。
Nonunion is a common problem in orthopedics. Surgical bone grafting and local internal fixation are the most commonly used treatments, but some patients still have nonunion after surgery, and there are serious complications. In recent years, extracorporeal shock wave therapy have been widely used in sports medicine injure and musculoskeletal disease. They have been found promoting fracture healing. Patients can achieve healing effects without re-operation, which reduces the pain and economic burden of surgical treatment.There is still no consensus on the treatment of extracorporeal shock waves therapy in different parts of the nonunion. For the treatment of nonunion, we will discuss related issues and look forward to bringing inspiration to other colleagues for extracorporeal shock wave therapy by reviewing the literature, combined with our experience of extracorporeal shock wave therapy of nonunion. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy is highly effective, non-invasive, almost without complications in the treatment of nonunion. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy is an effective method for clinical treatment of nonunion.
