摘要
文章从中药促进胶原基因的表达和胶原蛋白的合成,中药促进生长激素的分泌以及中医药对骨生长因子的作用三方面综述了中医药促进骨折愈合的机理研究新进展。认为中医药促骨折愈合机理研究取得了一定成果,尤其是分子生物学的发展给本研究带来了新的生机。
The paper, from three aspects that Chinese crude drugs activate the express of synthesis collagen gene and synthesis of collagen protein, and activate the secretion of growth hormone, the effect of TCM on bone growth factors, summarized new progress on the mechanism in promoting the union of fracture with TCM. The result indicates the study get some achievements, especially the development of molecular biology take new vital force for this study.
