摘要
混砂机用于铸造生产始于本世纪初,但在我国却是在最近三十年来才得到较大的发展。转子混砂机的问世和发展,使混砂机的技术水平提高了一步。本文分析了转子混砂机型砂混制的工作机理,并重点介绍了转子混砂机的特点。
The sand mixer being made to use in the foundry production in the early part of this century,but it has only been comparatively developed in recent 30 years in China.The coming-out and devel- oping of the rotator mixer have improved thve technical level of the sand mixer in one step.The paper has analysed the working mechanism of the mixing of moulding sand in the rotator mixer and has also emphatically introduced the features of the rotator mixer.
