摘要
文章论述了转子混矿机叶片转子轴扭转应变曲线的测定原理和方法,分析了应交曲线的变化规律、型砂运动状态和性能提高情况。文章指出:混砂机构是以冲击和剪切力的形式作用于型砂,并由此产生砂粒的摩擦,达到混砂目的。
The testing principle and method for torsional strain curve of blade rotor axle in rotator mixer are discussed,and the fluctuation rule of strain curve, sand moving state and properties improvement of sand are also analyzed.The paper points out that sand mixing is achieved by the actions of sand mixing mechanism in the patterns of impact and shearing force on the sands and sand grains rubbing existed.
