摘要
作为网络时代政民互动的新兴媒体平台,政务微博已经进入政府管理实践领域与相关学术研究范畴。本文以湖南省永州市文明办政务微博"文明永州"的公众评论为文本,以政务微博公器私用风险事件为切入点,探讨了网络时代背景下地方政府在政务微博管理和人力资源管理等方面的弊病症结所在,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为地方政府部门优化管理提供参考。
As a new media platform for interacti on between government and the public in the network age,government micro-blog has drawn much attention from government managers and academic researchers.After introducing a risk event that the official micro-blog of Civilization Office was used for private purpose by a staff in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province,this paper,based on data text coded from public comments on the official micro-blog,summarizes and analyses the hot issues focused by the public,and discusses the potential management problems on local governments' human resource and official micro-blog.Accordingly,this paper also proposes countermeasures and suggestions for department leaders to improve the management of local governments.
