摘要
目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察。方法:将2016年2月—2017年3月作为本次研究时间段,在该时间内选择在我院接受住院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者80例作为研究对象。将80例患者按照随机数字法的方式分为试验组(n=40)与常规组(n=40)。常规组仅采取缬沙坦进行治疗,每次口服80mg,每天用药1次,晚上顿服,疗程12周。试验组在常规组基础上联合应用黄葵胶囊,缬沙坦用量用法与常规组相同,黄葵胶囊每次5粒,每天用药3次,餐后服用。统计并对比两组患者的血糖空置率、肾功能改善率、并发症发生率。结果:试验组患者的血糖控制率、肾功能改善率以及并发症发生率数据均显著优于常规组,数据差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果突出,黄葵胶囊可以有效减少肾小球在炎症方面的免疫效果,实现免疫复合物的清除,达到对肾小球功能的保护目的;缬沙坦对肾小球毛细血管的滤孔可以实现一定的改善作用,减轻尿蛋白杜绝因为蛋白尿而导致肾脏损害的现象发生。整体而言可以显著改善患者的身体状况,实现疾病控制目的,达到提升患者生存质量的护理目标,值得推广普及。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） combined with Valsartan in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods： From February 2016 to March 2017, 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. 80 patients were divided into experimental group （n=40） and routine group （n=40）. The routine group was treated only with valsartan, 80 mg orally every time, once a day, at night, the course of treatment was 12 weeks. The experimental group was treated with Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） on the basis of routine group. The dosage of valsartan was the same as that of routine group, as for Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） , it was taken 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day, after meal. The blood glucose vacancy rate, renal function improvement rate and complication rate were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results： The data of blood glucose control rate, renal function improvement rate and complication rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the routine group, the difference was of statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） combined with Valsartan had significant effect in treating diabetic nephropathy. Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） could effectively reduce the immune effect of glomerular inflammation, realize the clearance of immune complex, achieve the purpose of protecting glomerular function, and valsartan could improve the filtration hole of glomerular capillaries, lighten proteinuria to prevent kidney damage due to proteinuria. As a whole, Huangkui capsule （黄葵胶囊） combined with Valsartan could significantly improve the patients＇ physical condition, achieve the goal of disease control, and achieve the goal of improving the quality of life of patients, which was worth popularizing and popularizing.
