摘要
为了探索盛果期‘富士’苹果有机肥的适宜施用量,从而给‘富士’苹果园有机肥的科学施用提供参考依据,以10年生‘富士’苹果树为试材,研究了不同有机肥施用量对其新梢生长、果实品质、产量及叶片矿质元素的影响情况。结果表明:施肥量分别为25、50、75、100 kg·株^(-1)处理的新梢长度分别为53.33、54.78、55.11、56.44 cm,均显著高于CK,但各处理间无显著差异;施肥量为50 kg·株^(-1)处理的苹果其可溶性糖含量、糖酸比均达到最大值,分别为25.77%、69.49,与其他处理间均无显著差异,各处理均显著高于CK;施肥量分别为50、75、100 kg·株^(-1)处理的苹果可溶性固形物含量依次为14.23%、14.37%、14.57%,各处理间无显著差异,且均显著高于CK;果实硬度,施肥量为100 kg·株^(-1)处理的最低,施肥量为75 kg·株^(-1)处理的次之;施肥量分别为50、75、100 kg·株^(-1)处理的单株果实产量分别为65.87、69.84、72.12 kg·株^(-1),三者间无显著差异,但均显著高于CK,而施肥量为25 kg·株^(-1)处理与CK的单株产量间无显著性差异;施肥量分别为25、50、75、100 kg·株^(-1)处理下每公顷减去肥料成本的经济收益分别为239 946、260 694、269 388、270 984元,每公顷的收益较对照分别增加26 124、46 872、55 566、57 162元。综合比较分析认为,施肥量为75 kg·株^(-1)处理的肥效较优,在此处理下新梢长势中等,果实品质较好,单株产量较高,经济收益可观。
In order to discuss the appropriate amount of organic fertilizer on 'Fu Ji' apple during the fruiting period, and providing theoretical basis for the scientific use of organic fertilizer in 'Fu Ji' apple orchard, the effects of different organic fertilizer amounts on new shoot, fruit quality, yield, and mineral elements in the leaves were studied and the 10-year-old 'Fu Ji' apple were used as materials. The results showed that the length of new shoot of 25 kg·strain-1, 50 kg'strain-1, 75 kg.strain1 and 100 kg.strainl were 53.33cm, 54.78 cm, 55.11cm and 56.44cm, which were significantly higher than that of CK, but there had no significant difference between treatments; There had the maximum soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio in the 50 kg·strain-1 treatment, which were 25.77% and 69.49, there had no significant difference between treatments, each treatment was significantly higher than that of CK; the apple soluble solids content of 50 kg-strain-1,75 kg·strain-1,100 kgstrain-1 were 14.23%, 14.37%, and 14.57%, there had no significant difference treatments, and both of them were significantly higher than that of CK, fruit hardness was the lowest with 100 kg·strain-1, followed by 75 kg'strainl; under the same treatment conditions, the individual yield were 65.87 kg·strain-1, 69.84 kg·strain-1 and 72.12 kg·strain-1, there had no significant difference between them, but both of them were significantlyhigher than that of CK, there had no significant difference between 25 kg·strain-1 and CK; The economic benefits per hectare minus the cost of fertilizer under the treatments of 25, 50, 75, and 100 kg·strain-1 were 239946, 260694, 269388, and 270984¥, and increased by 26124, 46872, 55566 and 57162¥ per hectare compared with the control. Comprehensive comparative analysis showed that the 75 kg·strain-1 fertilization treatment was best, the new shoot had moderate growth, the fruit quality was better, the individual yield was higher, and the economic benefit was considerable under this treatment.
