摘要
探索基于订单班的食品加工技术专业(食品机械方向)人才培养方案,提高人才培养质量,服务地方企业及经济。由教师、企业和毕业生三方召开工作分析会制定食品加工技术专业(食品机械方向)订单班的人才培养方案。订单班的学生能力强,学校人才培养质量高,企业建立人才输送基地,共建教学团队、共建实训基地、共同实施教学、共同评价学生,保障学生质量、长远发展和订单班学生到订单企业就业等改革与实践,取得了学生、学校、企业三方"共赢"的成效。
The talent training of food processing technology in the order class(food machinery orientation)is ex-plored in order to improve the quality of talent training and to serve local enterprises and economy . Trainingscheme will be made by teachers,enterprises and trainees during the meetings of the talent training of food pro-cessing technology. The abilities of the trainees in the order class be highly improved;high quality of talent train-ing in school;establishment of talent transferring base in the enterprises,Co-construction of the teaching teams,and the practice training base;carrying out teaching-programs jointly and evaluating trainees;guaranteeing thetraining quality,long-term development and the employment of the trainees in the co-operation enterprises,etc.Through these methods,three parts in this program will be all benefited.
