摘要
针对高职食品专业办学难的现状,积极找寻存在的问题,尝试从教学团队、教学条件、课程改革和宣传等方面寻找解决问题的途径,使高职食品专业健康、科学、快速发展。
In view of the higher vocational specialty food difficult situation, actively looking for problems, this paper tries to find a solution to the problem from the teaching team, teaching conditions, curriculum reform and publicity to made food speciality in higher vocational education of health, science, and rapid development.
