洱海中双酚A对浮萍的毒性影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定苍山阳南溪至大庄村路段洱海水中双酚A浓度,并利用该浓度进行浮萍生态毒性实验,以评估该水域中双酚A的污染程度,为洱海水体保护提供参考数据。方法水样中双酚A采用过氧化氢氧化甲基红抑制动力学光度法测定。模拟水样中双酚A浓度,对浮萍进行亚慢性生态毒性实验,计算双酚A对浮萍的半抑制浓度,用分光光度法测定浮萍的叶片中糖含量,用直接浸取法测定叶绿素含量。结果水样的双酚A浓度范围为0.1~0.24μg/L,平均浓度为0.17μg/L。双酚A对浮萍的生长有抑制作用,其半抑制浓度(IC50)为0.229 5μg/L;双酚A浓度与浮萍叶片中糖含量成正相关关系,与浮萍总叶绿素含量成负相关关系。结论该水域水体存在双酚A污染,且对水体中浮萍生长造成一定毒性作用。 Objective In order to assess the degree of contamination of bisphenol A in the water domain, we determine the concentration of bisphenol A in Erhai water from Nanxi to Dazhuang village,and carry out the experiment of ecological toxicity on Lemna minor. The data of these experiment should provide reference for the protection of the Erhai lake. Methods Bisphenol A in water samples was determined by hydroxymethyl red inhibition kinetic spectrophotometry. Simulated the bisphenol A concentration, The subchronic ecological toxicity experiment was conducted on Lemna minor. The semi-inhibitory concentration of bisphenol A on the Lemna minor was calculated, and the content of the sugar in the leaves of Lemna minor was determined by spectrophotometry, and the chlorophyll content was determined by direct leaching method. Results The concentration range of bisphenol A in water samples is 0.1~0.24 μg/L, and the average concentration is 0.17 μg/L. Bisphenol A has inhibitory effect on the growth of Lemna minor, and its semi-inhibitory concentration ( IC 50 ) is 0.229 5 μg/L. The concentration of bisphenol A was positively correlated with the sugar content in the Lemna minor leaf. The concentration of bisphenol A was negatively correlated with the total chlorophyll content of Lemna minor leaf. Conclusions Bisphenol A pollution is found in Erhai lake, and it has a certain toxic effect on the growth of Lemna minor.
