摘要
以内蒙古鄂尔多斯某油田的3种压裂返排液为研究对象,COD去除率、浊度去除率和出水率为考察指标,采用单因素控制变量法探索压裂返排液预处理工艺的最佳实验条件。结果表明,200mL的3种压裂返排液中依次加入20mL的20%硫酸铁,4mL复合絮凝剂(PAC:PAM体积比为3∶1),pH为7~8时,COD去除率分别高达83. 73%、83. 92%和92. 74%,出水率分别为83. 04%、82. 59%和73. 66%,水质均澄清透明且浊度为0,预处理效果最佳。该工艺操作简单、效率高,且适用范围广,具有良好的实际应用价值。
With three kinds of fracturing flow-back fluid of Inner Mongolia Erdos oilfield as research object, COD removal rate, turbidity removal rate and effluent rate as the index, the optimum operating conditions of pretreatment process of fracturing flow-back fluid were studied by single factor control variable method. the results showed that 200 mL of the three fracturing backflows were followed by 20 mL of 20%Fe 2(SO 4) 3, 4 mL of the complex flocculent (PAC: PAM volume ratio of 3 ∶1), when pH was 7~8, COD removal of up to 83.73%, 83.92% and 92.74%, respectively, the effluent rates were 83.04%, 82.59% and 73.66%, water clarity was clear and turbidity was zero, and the effect of pretreatment was best. The process was simple, high efficiency, wide range of application, and had good practical application value.
