压裂返排液快速高效处理方法研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对目前压裂返排液处理技术步骤繁琐、处理周期长、设备占地大、无法即返排即处理等问题,基于对压裂返排液水质及主要组分的分析结果,确定以去除有机物(COD)为首要目标,建立了絮凝预处理+电化学/高级氧化/超声耦合高效处理的两步处理方法。通过实验优化出最佳操作条件,使返排液经处理后水质澄清透明,COD、固体悬浮物及含油量均达到规定要求。在此基础上初步设计了处理工艺流程及撬装设备,可实现压裂返排液的边返排边连续在线处理,具有工业化应用前景。 Since the current fracturing wastewater treatment method possesses many disadvantages,such as complicated treatment steps,long treatment cycles,large equipment area,non-synchronous flow-back and treatment,etc.,the removal of organic substances(COD) was believed as the most important task for fracturing wastewater treatment,based on the analytical results of the water quality and chemical compositions of the fracturing wastewater.An efficient two-step method,flocculation pretreatment+ electrochemical/advanced oxidation/ultrasonic coupling,has been developed. Through experiments,the optimized operation conditions make the water quality of the treated fracturing wastewater become clear and transparent, and its COD,SS and oil content can all reach the specified requirements for the national standard. The treatment technical process and skidding facilities have preliminarily been designed,which realizes the on-line continuous treatment of fracturing wastewater flow back synchronously,having industrialization prospect.
