摘要
以废弃食用菌菌糠为研究对象,通过分析其营养成分,循环利用栽培食用菌、加工饲料、生产有机肥料和生物质燃料等,探索食用菌菌糠综合利用技术模式,展望其研究前景和趋势,为实现菌糠资源的循环利用提供技术支持。
This paper takes residue of edible fungus as the research object, through analyzing its nutrition composition, recycling cultivation edible fungus, processing feed, production of organic fertilizer and biomass fuel, explores the technical model of comprehensive utilization of fungus residue, and forecasts its research prospect and trend, in order to provide technical support for recycling utilization of fungus residue resources.
