摘要
目的:研究酒糟菌糠中微量元素的含量,为酒糟菌糠的合理利用提供理论依据。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对茶树菇菌糠(出菇)、茶树菇菌糠(未出菇)、鸡腿菇菌糠(未出菇)及酒糟中锌、铜、锰、铬、铁的含量进行测定分析。结果:三种酒糟菌糠的铁含量均低于酒糟,锌含量均高于酒糟。茶树菇菌糠(出菇)的锌、铜、铁含量均高于茶树菇菌糠(未出菇)。鸡腿菇(未出菇)的铜、锰、铬、铁含量均高于茶树菇菌糠(未出菇)。结论:三种酒糟菌糠中含有丰富的动物必需的矿物质元素。
The content of trace elements in distiller's grains-based spent mushroom substrate(SMS) were studied,which was to provide the basis for the further exploration of distiller's grains-based SMS. Methods:Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) was used to determine 5 trace elements such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr and Fe in three kinds of distiller's grains-based SMS, spent Agrocybe aegerita substrate (produced mushroom), spent Agrocybe aegerita substrate (not produced mushroom), spent Coprinus comatus substrate(not produced mushroom) and distiller's grains. Results: The content of Fe in the three kinds of distiller's grains-based SMS is lower than distiller's grains, however, the content of Zn is higher than distiller's grains. The content of Zn, Cu and Fe in spent Agrocybe aegerita substrate (produced mushroom) is higer than spent Agrocybe aegefita substrate (not produced mushroom). The content of Cu, Mn, Cr and Fe in spent Coprinus comatus substrate (not produced mushroom) is higher than spent Agrocybe aegerita substrate (not produced mushroom). Conclusion: The three kinds of distiller's grains-based SMS are rich in essential mineral elements of animal.
