摘要
目的分析高通量透析器在血液透析滤过患者中的应用及护理干预流程。方法选取2016年1月—2018年2月于本院进行治疗的血液透析滤过患者60例作为研究对象,将全部患者分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用低通量血液透析治疗,观察组则应用高通量透析,对比两组患者透析效果、并发症发生率以及护理满意率。结果观察组患者各项指标清除率高于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率为10.00%,与对照组的33.33%进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血液透析滤过患者采用高通量透析器进行透析,配合科学的护理流程,可显著改善患者的各项指标,提升护理整体质量,在患者中整体治疗效果较为理想。
Objective To analyze the application of high-flux dialyzer in hemodiafltration patients and the nursing intervention process. Methods 60 cases of patients with hemodiafltration treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into the control group （n=30） and observation group （n=30）. The control group was treated with low-fux hemodialysis and the observation group was treated with high-fux dialysis. The dialysis effcacy, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clearance rate of each index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, compared with 33.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group （70.00%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with hemodiafltration use high-fux dialyzer for dialysis, combined with scientific nursing procedures, which can signifcantly improve the patient＇s indicators, improve the overall quality of care, and the overall treatment effect in patients is ideal.
