摘要
当前,我国公共文化服务事业的发展成就与问题并存,作为公共文化服务重要机构的公共图书馆在资源配置、服务效率等方面还有待提高,公共图书馆利用大数据开展精准服务是解决现存问题的有效手段。本文对公共图书馆开展精准服务的价值进行了分析,指出通过精准定位、精准服务、精准管理、精准保障等手段满足读者需求,实现公共图书馆服务普适化与个性化相结合的科学转变。
At present, achievements and problems coexist of the the public cultural services development. As an important public service institution, public libraries should improve ability in the allocation of resources, service efficiency and other aspects, Using big data to carry out precision services is an effective way to solve the existing problems of public library. This paper analyzes the value of carrying out precision service of public library, and points out that it can meet the needs of readers by means of precise positioning, precise service, precise management and precision guarantee, and realize the scientific transformation of the universalization and personalization of public library service.
