摘要
特岗教师是西部地区农村基础教育中的主力军,这一群体的成长是个人能力提升的职业要求所在,更是关乎西部农村教育的可持续发展及西部农村基础教育的整体风格。本文在对桂东南地区特岗教师进行抽样调查的基础上,就特岗教师成长困境的内外因素进行辩证分析与反思。
Special position teachers are the main force in rural primary education of western China. The growth ofthis group is the professional requirement of personal ability improvement. It is also related to the sustainable devel-opment of western rural education and the overall style of western rural primary education. Based on a sample sur-vey of special position teachers in the southeast area of Guangxi,this paper makes a dialectical analysis and reflec-tion on the internal and external factors of the growth of these teachers.
