摘要
特岗教师是一个新兴的教师群体,其职业认同状况不仅会影响教师个人的专业发展,而且也会影响整个"特岗计划"的实施。调查发现,河北省特岗教师的职业认同度总体较高,但也存在一些问题。针对这些问题,采取切实有效的措施,才能进一步提高特岗教师的职业认同度。
Special post teachers are a new teaching group whose professional identity affects their own professional development and implementation of the special post plan as well.The survey indicates that though their professional identity in general is relatively high,there are some problems.To solve these problems,we should take effective measures to further enhance the special post teachers' professional identity.
