摘要
目的对配液中心临床药师在心血管内科合理用药中的作用进行研究。方法以该院2015年1月—2017年1月心血管内科病室临床开具的8 200份药方为例,对其中包含的输液药品使用情况进行统计,以分析配液中心临床药师在心血管内科合理用药中的作用。结果统计显示,该院心血管内科输液用药不合理现象以配液浓度(11/70)、给药方式(17/70)以及药物剂量(27/70)、药物配伍禁忌(6/70)等最为显著,且配液中心临床药师参与医院心血管内科临床用药管理后,其临床用药不合理情况明显减少(9/0.2),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.814、P<0.05)。结论配液中心临床药师参与心血管内科临床用药管理,能够充分发挥自身专业优势,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To research the effect of clinical pharmacist in the infusion preparation room in the rational medication in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods 8200 pieces of prescriptions issued by the department of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, including the usage of infusion drugs, and the effect was analyzed. Results The statistics showed that the irrational medications were mainly the liquid dispensing concentration（11/70）, administration way（17/70） and drug dosage（27/70） and pharmaceutical incompatibility（6/70）, and the clinical irrational medication obviously decreased after the clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical medication management in the infusion preparation center（9/0.2）（χ^2=2.814, P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists in the infusion preparation center participating in the clinical medication management in the department of cardiovascular medicine can fully give play to their own professional advantages, and promote the clinical rational medication.
