摘要
目的研析临床为老年心血管病患者实施药物疗法时合理用药管理方案的应用效果及价值.方法安远县第一妇幼保健院在2019年5月-2021年12月期间展开研究,并于该时段选取了190例老年心血管病患者为研究对象,以随机抽签方法将入组的患者分为两组,即试验组95例、参考组95例,运用常规用药指导管理参考组,合理用药管理用于试验组,针对组间患者的血液黏度、血脂及血压改善情况,以及心理状态、生活质量、用药合理性等进行讨论比较.结果比较组间临床效果发现,试验组的临床效果更理想,即试验组血液黏度下降幅度、血脂指标降低幅度、血压水平下降幅度等均比参考组高,P<0.05,两组比较,存在统计学意义;比较管理前后心理状态变化,管理前,试验组、参考组心理评分间比较,P>0.05,不存在统计学意义,管理后,试验组、参考组心理评分间比较,P<0.05,存在统计学意义,试验组评分较参考组低.比较生活质量可知,试验组总体健康、精神状态、生理功能、社会功能、情感职能等生活质量评分明显更高,参考组评分较低,P<0.05,组间比较,存在统计学意义;比较用药合理性,试验组剂量、适应证、配伍、抗菌药物应用等合理性均较参考组高,P<0.05,组间比较,存在统计学意义.结论与常规用药指导方案相比,临床合理用药管理模式可以提升用药合理性,从而促进药物疗效,这对于改善老年心血管病患者的血脂、血压、血液黏度等有积极影响,病情得以缓解,身心不适均有改善,生活质量因而提升.
Objective To study the application effect and value of rational drug use management scheme in the clinical implementation of drug therapy for elderly cardiovascular patients.Methods Our hospital carried out the research from May 2019 to December 2021,and selected 190 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease as the discussion object during this period,and then divided the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease into two groups by random lot drawing,namely,95 cases in the test group and 95 cases in the reference group.The reference group was guided and managed by conventional medication,and the reasonable medication management was used in the test group,The psychological status,quality of life and rationality of medication were discussed and compared.Results Comparing the clinical effects between the two groups,it was found that the clinical effects of the test group were more ideal,that is,the decrease of blood viscosity,blood lipid index and blood pressure in the test group were higher than those in the reference group.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and there was statistical significance;compare the changes of psychological status before and after management.Before management,the comparison between the psychological scores of the test group and the reference group is P>0.05,and the significance of statistical research does not exist.After management,the comparison between the psychological scores of the test group and the reference group is P<0.05,and the significance of statistical research exists,and the score of the test group is lower than that of the reference group.By comparing the quality of life,we can see that the overall health,mental state,physiological function,social function,emotional function and other quality of life scores of the test group are significantly higher,while the score of the reference group is lower,and the comparison between groups is P<0.05,which indicates that there is statistical significance;the rationality of drug use was compared.The rationality of dose,indication,compatibility and antibacterial drugs in the test group was higher than that in the reference group.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,and there was statistical significance.Conc lusion Compared with the conventional drug use guidance scheme,the clinical rational drug use management mode can improve the rationality of drug use,thereby promoting the drug efficacy,which has a positive impact on the improvement of blood lipids,blood pressure,blood viscosity,etc.of elderly cardiovascular patients.The disease is relieved,physical and mental discomfort is improved,and the quality of life is thus improved.
