摘要
目的了解老年2级单纯收缩期高血压病例治疗中施予非洛地平缓释片联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪片方案的临床效果。方法从2016年7月—2017年7月期间在该院接受治疗的2级单纯收缩期高血压老年患者中选取183例展开研究,根据治疗方式的不同分组,对照组91例行常规依那普利治疗,观察组92例行非洛地平缓释片联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对比分析两组的血压水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的血压控制水平优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.0134、8.323,P<0.05);且观察组临床总有效率为97.83%,比对照组的89.01%高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.282,P<0.05),观察组的不良反应发生率为2.18%,对照组的不良反应发生率为12.09%,即观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ~2=6.813,P<0.05)。结论对单纯收缩期高血压老年患者应用非洛地平缓释片联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪片治疗,能够有效控制患者血压水平,保证治疗效果,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To know the clinical effect of felodipine extended-release tablets combined with small-dose hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of senile level-2 isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 83 cases of senile level-2 isolated systolic hypertension patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment ways, and the control group with 91 cases used the routine enalapril therapy, while the observation group with 92 cases were treated with felodipine extended-release tablets combined with small-dose hydrochlorothiazide tablets, and the blood pressure level, clinical curative effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure control level in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（t =6.013 4, 8.323, P〈0.05）, and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（97.83% vs89.01%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.282,P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.18%, which was obviously lower than that in the control group（12.09%）（χ~2=6.813,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The felodipine extended-release tablets combined with small-dose hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of senile level-2 isolated systolic hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure level, ensure the treatment effect and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, and it is clinical promotion and application.
