摘要
目的:分析非洛地平缓释片联合卡维地洛治疗难治性肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法:以60例难治性肾性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(非洛地平缓释片)和观察组(非洛地平缓释片联合卡维地洛),两组均为30例。比较两组患者临床治疗效果和治疗前后各项指标情况。结果:对照组有效率(76.67%)明显低于观察组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者各项实验室检查指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组各项指标均有所改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对难治性肾性高血压患者采用非洛地平缓释片联合卡维地洛治疗的临床效果较为明显,能有效改善患者的血压以及其他指标情况,值得在临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of refractory renal hypertensive by unlodipine sustaination tablet combined with carvedilol.Method 60 cases of refractory renal hypertension patients selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group（felodipine zyban） and observation group（felodipine zyban combined carvedilol）,30 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effect and the biochemical indicators before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of control group（76.67%） was significantly lower than the observation group（93.33%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment（P〉0.05）;The indexes of the two groups improved after treatment,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with refractory renal hypertension using felodipine zyban the clinical effect of combined therapy with carvedilol more apparent,can effectively improve the patient＇s blood pressure and other indicators,is worth to be widely applied in clinical.
