摘要
目的分析阿托伐他汀对老年高血压病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法以该院2016年6月—2017年7月期间收治的老年高血压病患者为研究对象,共选择82例患者,将其随机分为对照组41例,主要进行常规治疗,实验组41例是在常规治疗的基础上,对患者进行阿托伐他汀治疗。两组患者进行分别治疗后,对其进行ET(血浆内皮素)与血脂水平对比,同时对患者进行血压变化的观察。结果在对患者进行临床治疗后,实验组SBP指标(137±8)mmHg,DBP指标(84±8)mmHg,对照组SBP指标(140±2)mmHg,DBP指标(87±1)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者进行TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C指标对比时,实验组分别为(2.7±0.6)、(4.1±0.3)、(2.1±0.1)、(1.02±0.13)mmol/L,而对照组分别为(3.2±0.7)、(4.6±0.4)、(2.2±0.2)、(1.08±0.11)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组患者进行血浆ET变化对比时,治疗后实验组血浆ET为(63±11)ng/L,较低于对照组(86±13)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者临床治疗时,对患者进行阿托伐他汀治疗,能够明显改善患者的血管内皮功能,实现血浆内皮素水平的控制,具有较为理想治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin on the vascular endothelial function of senile patients with hypertension. Methods 82 cases of senile patients with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from June2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin, and the ET and blood liquid level of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the changes of blood pressure of patients were observed. Results After the clinical treatment, the SBP index and DBP index in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively（137 ±8） mmHg,（ 84 ±8） mmHg and（ 140 ±2） mmHg,（ 87 ±1） mmHg, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively（ 2.7±0.6）,（ 4.1±0.3）,（ 2.1±0.1）,（ 1.02±0.13） mmol/L and（ 3.2±0.7）,（ 4.6±0.4）,（ 2.2±0.2）,（ 1.08±0.11） mmol/L,and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the ET in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,[（63±11） ng/L vs（ 86±13） ng/L], and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The atorvastatin in clinical treatment of senile patients with hypertension can obviously improve the vascular endothelial function of senile patients with hypertension and control the plasma endothelin level, and the treatment effect is ideal.
