摘要
目的探讨楮实子古今用药的变化,为楮实子下一步工作开展提供理论依据。方法参阅古今中外关于楮实子单味药、复方的研究及临床应用,总结药理作用研究进展及相关分子机制。结果楮实子的药用始于《名医别录》,味甘、气寒、无毒,被列入上品,入肝、肾、脾肾三经。后历代古籍摘要均有记载其单用或复方用,我国历年版《中国药典》(一部)均有收录。楮实子具有补肝益髓、养髓荣脑、补虚劳、明目、久服不饥,不老,轻身的功效,多用于身热、腰酸膝软、目昏耳鸣、痴呆健忘、水气蛊胀等症,其作用物质基础及药理作用研究还需进一步研究。结论本文对楮实子的资源分布、化学成分、抗老年性痴呆健忘、损伤性肝病、增强免疫力等方面进行阐述,为楮实子的进一步应用提供基础。
Objective To discuss the development of ancient and modern medicine, and provide the theoretical basis for the next step work.Methods This paper referred to the research of the single herb and compound prescriptions of Fructus Broussonetiae and the clinical application. We summarized the research progress of pharmacological effects and related molecular mechanisms.Results Fructus Broussonetia, firstly recorded by "Mingyibielu", was recognized as tonifying liver and kidney with sweet taste, cold and non-toxic properties . It also was recorded in different versions of ancient medical books and Chinese pharmacopoeia. Fructus Broussonetiae with improving liver, renal and brain effects was often used for soreness-tired of waist and knee, disease of dizzying, dementia amnesia, edema. However, the effective sub-stance basis and pharmacological effects need further study.Conclusion This article systematically expounded the resource distribution, chemical composition and the anti-senile dementia amnesia liver disease and the enhancement of immunity of Fructus Broussonetiae , providing the basis for the further application.
