摘要
研究三元乙丙橡胶/氯化聚乙烯并用胶在高压输电线路阻尼间隔棒中的应用。结果表明:采用本试验确定的配方(并用比为70:30的三元乙丙橡胶/氯化聚乙烯橡胶并用胶)和硫化工艺(压力10 MPa,温度175℃,时间8min),胶料的硫化时间缩短;硫化胶的阻尼性能、物理性能和耐臭氧性能达到电力行业标准要求;产品的生产成本降低,生产效率提高。
The application of EPDM/chlorinated polyethylene blend in the damping spacer of high voltage transmission lines was investigated. The results showed that,using the formula(EPDM/CM blending ratio at 70/30)and curing process(pressure 10 MPa,temperature 175 ℃,time 8 min)determined in this experiment,the curing time of the compounds was shortened,the damping property,physical property and ozone resistance of the vulcanizate met the requirements of power industry standard,the production cost was reduced,and the production efficiency was improved.
