摘要
采用机械共混法将碳纤维和石墨烯加入到天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶中,研究碳纤维和石墨烯的用量对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳纤维和石墨烯用量的增大,胶料的门尼粘度、最小和最大转矩增大,硫化胶的定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率呈减小趋势;当碳纤维/石墨烯并用比为3/1时,硫化胶的物理性能、动态力学性能和导热性最佳,碳纤维/石墨烯在橡胶基体中的分散性较好;石墨烯用量不小于2份时,可以明显提高并用胶的抗静电性。
The carbon fiber/graphene was added into NR/BR blend by mechanical mixing method,and the effect of the addition level of carbon fiber and graphene on the properties of the blend was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of carbon fiber and graphene increased,the Mooney viscosity,the minimum and maximum torque of the compound increased,the modulus of the vulcanizate increased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break tended to decrease. When the carbon fiber/graphene blend ratio was 3/1,the physical properties,dynamic mechanical property and thermal conductivity were the best,and the dispersion of the carbon fiber/graphene in the rubber matrix was better. The antistatic property could be obviously improved when the amount of graphene was not less than 2 phr.
