摘要
目的调查社区医护人员对2015版心肺复苏(CPR)知识的掌握情况,提高社区医务工作者心肺复苏技能。方法选取本社区卫生服务中心医护人员90名,利用问卷调查及操作考核的方法对2015版CPR知识的掌握情况进行调查分析。结果本社区医护人员对新版CPR知识的掌握情况较差,经过系统规范培训后,其掌握情况明显提高。结论社区医护人员对新版心肺复苏知识的掌握较为薄弱,应加强培训工作,由社区带动居民,提高全民CPR意识。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of 2015 version cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） of communitymedical staff, and improve the skills of CPR in community medical staff. Methods A total of 90 medical staff of thecommunity health service center were selected to investigate and analyze the knowledge of CPR in version 2015 by means ofquestionnaire and operation assessment. Results The community medical staff had a poor grasp of the new version of CPRknowledge, which was improved obviously after systematic training. Conclusion Community health staff have a weak graspof the new version of CPR knowledge, so we should strengthen the training work, promote the residents by the community,and raise the awareness of CPR of the whole people.
