摘要
目的探讨黄芪补肾汤加味结合针灸辅助治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的PD患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组给予多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄芪补肾汤加味结合针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的MMES及ADL评分均升高,hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,加用黄芪补肾汤加味结合针灸辅助治疗可有效减轻PD患者机体炎症反应,促进神经功能恢复,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Bushen decoction combined with acupuncturein treatment of Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Methods Ninety-six patients with PD admitted in our hospital were enrolled anddivided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group wasgiven levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group was given Huangqi Bushen decoction andacupuncture on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Aftertreatment, the scores of MMES and ADL increased in both groups, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 decreased in thetwo groups, and those indexes of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence ofadverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on theroutine treatment, modified Huangqi Bushen decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of PD can effectivelydecrease inflammatory response, promote recovery of neurological function and improve prognosis.
