摘要
阐述了水压爆破与常规爆破在基本原理及施工工艺上的不同点,即在装炸药的过程中,增加了水袋安装、炮泥堵塞两个程序,应用于山西中南部通道铁路太行山隧道及云桂铁路东风隧道两个工程,说明了隧道掘进水压爆破技术具有提高炸药能量利用率、掘进进尺、经济效益,以及降尘、环保的优点。
This article illustrates the differences between hydraulic blasting and conventional blasting: two additional processes of installation of water bag and stemming. The related application tests have been done in Taihangshan Tunnel of South-Central Railway Project in Shanxi and Dongfeng Tunnel of Yunnan-Guangxi Railway Project in Yunnan. It is im- proved that hydraulic blasting technique in tunneling have some advantages in explosive energy utilization, tunneling foot- age, economic effectiveness, dust diminution and environmental protection.
