摘要
目的 评价罗哌卡因添加右美托咪定在一期义眼台植入术中的麻醉效果.方法 一期义眼台植入术32例（32眼）,采用0.75％罗哌卡因中添加右美托咪定0.5μg/kg,行球后麻醉及眼球筋膜下麻醉.结果 术中生命体征平稳,配合良好,无疼痛难忍现象.术后疼痛轻、结膜水肿及恶心呕吐症状均较轻.结论 在义眼台一期植入术中应用罗哌卡因添加右美托咪定,能延长感觉与运动阻滞的持续时间,并且有很好的术后镇痛效果.
Objective To evaluate the anesthetic effect of Dexmedetomidine added to Ropivacain in one-stage prosthesis implantation.Methods Thrity-two eyes of 32 cases who received prosthesis implantation under retrobulbar anesthes with Dexmedetomidine of 0.5 μg/kg added to 0.75% Ropivacaine for and subtascia loacl anesthesia in one-stage prosthesis implantation.Results The vital signs were stable during operation.No pain or intolerable phenomenon occurred.The pain,chemosis,nausea and vomiting after surgery were very slighter.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine added to Ropivacaine for the retrobulbar anesthesia in one-stage prosthesis implantation can accelerate the onset time of sensory and motor blocks,prolong the duration of sensory and motor blocks,and provide more effective postoperative analgesia.
