摘要
目的比较改良Devine术与传统Shiraki术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎的疗效。方法 120例隐匿性阴茎患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,分别接受改良Devine术、传统Shiraki术治疗,比较两组阴茎延长度及并发症情况。结果试验组术后阴茎延长度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),而术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(1.7%vs 16.7%,P<0.01)。结论改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎安全、有效。
Objective To compare the curative efficacy of modified Devine and traditional shiraki techniques in pediatric concealed penis. Methods A total of 120 cases of pediatric concealed penis were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and respectively underwent modified Devine and traditional Shiraki techniques. The penile extension and complications were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, penile extension was higher（P〈0.01）, while postoperative complications were lower（1.7% vs 16.7%, P〈0.01） in experimental group. Conclusion The modified Devine technique is safe and effective for pediatric concealed penis
