摘要
目的探究隐匿性阴茎的小儿患者接受Devine术式加阴囊转移皮瓣治疗的临床效果,探究其并发症以及各方面的康复效果。方法选取自2011年12月~2012年6月温岭市妇幼保健院治疗的隐匿性阴茎患者49例,患者均接受Devine矫正手术,随访观察Devine术式加阴囊转移皮瓣在隐匿性阴茎矫正手术中的应用效果。结果所有研究纳入的患者均Ⅰ期愈合,术后阴茎长度（5.00±1.60）cm,与术前[（2.49±1.00）cm]比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访6~24个月,所有患者术后阴茎外观正常,阴茎显露正常,未发现阴茎有水肿、包皮缺血、勃起疼痛等并发症。结论对隐匿性阴茎患者进行Devine矫正,可显著提高生活质量,快速康复而少有不良反应,从而保证小儿正常生长发育,适宜临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Devine＇s operation combined with scrotum skin flap transposition for children with concealed penis. Methods From December 2011 to June 2012, 49 cases of children patients with concealed penis were included in Wenling Women and Children＇s Hospital. They were given Devin＇s operation combined with scrotum skin flap transposition for treatment. All aspects of the clinical and rehabilitation effect were examined.Results All 49 patients wereⅠ stage healing, penis length after the operation [（5.00±1.60） cm] was longer than that before the operation [（2.49±1.00） cm], the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. No prepuce edema was found in all the patients according to the 6-24 months following-up visit; postoperative penile appearance was normal, the reveal of the penis was normal; no edema, foreskin ischemia, painful erection was found. Conclusion Devine＇s operation in children patients with concealed penis can significantly improve the quality of life, speed up the recovery and reduce adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable and worthy of promotion widely.
