摘要
针对医院号源被非法抢占的问题,从号源管理、信息化技术防范措施、多电商平台接入规范、信息化建设过程中知识产权管理等几个方面,对打击防范非法倒卖医院号源进行了探讨,提出对策建议,以期为改善"挂号难"的问题提供参考。
It aims to the problem of hospital registration number is illegally resaled. It discusses the way of hitting and preventing＂ ticket resale scalper＂from several aspects such as hospital registration number management,preventive measures of information technology,access standard of multiple e-commerce platform,and intellectual property management in the process of information construction. It puts forward suggestion of avoiding illegally resale hospital registration number so as to provide reference for improving the problem of ＂ difficult for hospital registration number ＂.
