摘要
加氢装置中高压角阀的合理应用及选型,对加氢装置的安全生产周期和效益的提高至关重要。介绍了高压分离器排放阀、低压低温分离器阀、酸水排放阀的使用工况,阐述了加氢装置中影响高压角阀设计和使用的常见问题,重点介绍了阀门材料选择、阀门结构型式、内件型式设计以及装置工艺设计等方面,并提出了合理化选型建议。
The reasonable application and type selection of high-pressure angle valve in hydrogenation installation is of great importance for improving safe production cycle and benefit.The working conditions of high-pressure separator drain valve,low temperature and low pressure separator valve,acid water draining valve are introduced.The common problems affecting high-pressure angle valve design and application are expounded.The aspects of valve material selection,valve structure model,internals model design and installation process design and so on are stressed.Reasonable suggestions for type selection are put forward.
