重点介绍了加氢裂化装置止回阀铸件的生产工艺设计和具体生产过程,通过对铸件生产过程的铸造工艺、冶炼工艺及热处理工艺的再设计,在较低成本下生产出满足客户要求的高质量产品。
In this article,the technology design and manufacturing process on the check valve casting steel of the hydrogenation cracking unit are mainly introduced, after the redesign of casting process, smelting technology and heat treatment process during actual operatkm, the high quality products which meets the needs of customer are produced with a low cost.
