摘要
结合具体工程案例对湿陷性黄土层内长距离顶管过程中需要解决的主要技术问题进行了阐述;在充分考虑地层情况、场地布置、顶管走向等诸因素的前提下合理确定顶管井位置,避免地面、地下之间的施工干扰;根据顶进工艺要求及管道埋深确定顶管井的结构形式与构造尺寸,在此基础上,结合顶管井间距,针对不同施工工艺所需的中继间数量和间距进行优化及相应的顶力控制计算;并采用深层地基处理措施及对顶进过程中减阻泥浆的置换、固化,消除顶管施工范围内的土层湿陷性;通过以上综合技术措施实现湿陷性黄土层内的长距离顶管。
The critical technical problems in the long distance pipe-jacking in collapsible loose layer are discussed. The position of the work wells shall be reasonably determined based on the stratum formation,site layout and the position of pipeline,to avoid the interference between ground and underground construction. The structure and size of the work wells shall be determined according to the requirement of the construction technique and burial depth of the pipes,on the basis of that, the number and spacing of the intermediate station for various construction techniques are optimized and the corresponding calculation for jacking force is carried out based on the spacing of the intermediate jacking station. In addition,the deep foundation treatment along with the displacement and solidification of the mud lubricant mud during the pipe-jacking process are adopted,to eliminate the collapsibility of soil in the pipe-jacking construction area. The long-distance pipe-jacking tunnel construction in the collapsible loose layer could be realized through the above-mentioned comprehensive technical measures.
