为满足排水需要,乌鲁木齐市需在河滩路铺设一条DN1 800的污水管道。然而,河滩路是乌鲁木齐市的一条重要交通干道,地质特殊且部分路段有立交桥等障碍,故不适宜采用常规管道施工工艺。经综合考虑管道施工技术及经济等各方面的因素,确定采用顶管施工技术。该工程已正常运行7年,未出现任何异常情况。详细介绍了该工程的施工方法和要点,并分析了顶管穿越河滩路难点、土层加固处理措施和施工注意事项,可供相关工程参考借鉴。
In order to meet the drainage requirements, a sewer of DNI 800 needed to be installed at Hetan Road in Urumqi. Hetan Road is an important traffic artery in Urumqi, and the conventional pipeline construction technology should not be adopted due to the special geology and obstacles like over- passes in sections. Considering the technical and economic factors of pipeline construction, the pipe jacking technology was used. The project has been operated for seven years, without any abnormal situation. The construction method and the key points are introduced, and the difficulties of pipe jacking, soil reinforcement measures and matters needing attention in construction are analyzed to provide a reference for similar projects.
