深井碎裂岩体新型锚杆支护实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on New Bolt Support of Fractured Rock Mass in Deep Shaft

摘要 为了寻找深井碎裂岩体区域合理的支护方式和科学的支护参数,改善井下破碎岩体应力环境,在高峰矿-200m中段和-185m中段开展了现有支护技术手段和支护效果调查,以此为依据设计了深井碎裂岩体新型螺纹钢锚杆支护现场试验。通过现场螺纹钢锚杆锚固力拉拔试验发现,在锚杆安装施工质量良好的情况下,全锚固的螺纹钢锚杆锚固力比现有点锚固的管缝锚杆的锚固力高2~3倍以上,锚固力均大于100kN,不仅完全满足现场支护要求,而且中、长期的支护效果比管缝锚杆好,安装合格率高于玻璃钢锚杆。 In order to find a reasonable support mode and scientific support parameters for fractured rock mass in deep shaft, and to improve the stress environment of fractured rock mass, an investigate was carried out on the existing support technology and support effect at the -200 m level and -185 m level in Gaofeng mine. On this basis, a field test of support with new-type re-bar bolt was designed for fractured rock in deep shaft. Through the on-site pull-out test of anchoring force on rebar bolt, it was found that under the condition of good quality of the bolt installation and construction, the anchorage force of rebar bolt, which was greater than 100 kN, was 2~3 times more than that of the existing slit wedge tubing bolt. The new-type bolt not only full-y met the requirements of field support, but also had a better supporting effect than the slit wedge tubing bolt in mid-and-long term, and its installation rate was higher than that of FRP bolt.
